Project Background

Due to a significant expansion of our client’s product portfolio, our client did not have sufficient internal resource to review and approve all company material and activities. The client needed to ensure that both internal and external requirements were satisfied in a cross-functional collaborative / team focussed manner.

Client Objectives

The client wanted to establish a long-term arrangement for support. They wanted to ensure necessary requirements were met but also good practices demonstrated. They wanted to receive our feedback on risks and opportunities based on our experience in the market so they could internally grow in their knowledge and capabilities across all brand teams.

Our Solution

We continue to provide this client with a dedicated consultant to work on several products within a selection of the company’s therapy areas. The number of brands supported have expanded over the term of this relationship due to the value the company receives from working with us. Our consultant has established a strong collaborative relationship with the brand teams to support projects from concept/initiation through to approval of final items. A monthly report is produced and shared with the client to demonstrate good practice and considerations that should be made. These are in turn discussed within regular review meetings which contributes to the company’s internal governance and control measures.
